Shipping Policy For Recharges & Utility Bill Payment, It takes Instant to 3 Business days to update system from biller end while for product order, FlashDeal use to ship product in 2 days and that will get delivered to customer usually in 3-5 business days, but in certain cases it may take longer than usual.
Refunds & Cancellation Product comes with 10 days Easy return, 7 Days easy return and then No Returns.
Procedure: Customer need to place return request from mobile app and FlashDeal team will call to verify that and authroise refund.
Once we will receive product from customer end to seller warehouse and seller will verify product is in original and sellable condition then refund will be issued in back to source condition and for COD, refund will be issued in bank account. Last Updated: July 2021
