Use of Flashdeal India Services ( FlashDeal Website/FlashDeal Mobile App/FlashDeal Seller Panel )
Flashdeal requests user to read and understand following terms and condition very carefully before Sign up, Download, Access or Browse on FlashDeal Mobile app, FlashDeal website or FlashDeal seller panel i,e seller.flashdeal.in and all other associated websites linked with FlashDeal i.e operated by Flashdeal India having its registered office at A410, street 8, Vidyapati Nagar, Inder Enclave, Nangloi, New Delhi - 110086, providing services of mobile recharge, bill payment or product purchase, sell, dealership, retailership etc. For common understanding, this terms and condition is apply to all the services mentiond here or not but linked with FlashDeal and its associated service provider or channel partners and affiliates.
User Acceptance:
By registering on the FlashDeal.in Website/Mobile App or seller Panel, or on browsing, downloading or accessing the FlahsDeal Services either through mobile website/mobile app/flashdeal website or seller panel for specific purpose like mobilr recharge, bill payment, closed wallet or product purchase/sell or the services not listed here, you agree to be bound with the FlashDeal Terms and Condition (Here knows as Terms of Uses or T&C ). At any point of time if you donot agree or donot wish to use FlashDeal T&C, You should immediately leave the FlashDeal Mobile App/FlashDeal Website or FlashDeal Seller Panel or any of its channel partner/affiliates. Accepting the FlashDeal T&C will create a degital legal contract between Company & Customer/Retailer or Dealer (Collectively called as User) ( Hereinafter referred as Agreement ) and apply to Customer/Retailer or Dealer having minumum age of 18 years or old. These T&C will be applicable to all the services currently available on FlashDeal Platform/Channel Partner/Affiliates or will come/add in the future. FlashDeal will provide a personal, non Transferable and non-exclusive rights untill you accept and comply with these FlashDeal T&C.
Eligibility Criteria:
Flashdeal services is avaialble to customer/retailer/dealer having age of 18 years or more and is it not avaialble to users who is banned or removed or suspended or disqualified from FlashDeal services/website/mobile app/seller panel. After successful registration you declare that you are agree with FlashDeal T&C and are fulfilling all basic requirements like use minimum have 18 years of age or above and not banned or removed or suspended or disqualified or because of any other reason banned from FlashDeal services/website/mobile app/seller panel. You also declare that you have legal rights to come into this agreement and you are not representing or impersonate any person /organisation in any manner. You declare that details shared with us while registration on FlashDeal Mobile App/FlashDeal Website or seller panel have all the information true and fulfilling the FlashDeal T&C. FlashDeal reserves the right to block/terminate/suspend and permantly close any such FlashDeal account found in violation with FlashDeal T&C without giving any prior notice as a result user will not be able to use any of the FlashDeal services like FlashDeal Website/FlashDeal Mobile APP/FlashDeal Seller Panel or channel partners or affiliates.
Introduction:
Terms & Condition, here in refer to the business agreement between the company known as flashdeal India ( Business Name: FlashDeal.in and Its Mobile app FlashDeal) and the users like Customers (Buyers who want to use flashdeal to use their product or services) or Retailer (Users who use flashdeal mobile to fulfill their own customer demand and services on their behalf) or dealer (users who promote FlashDeal mobile app to local retailers or customers).
This business agreement is made to provide partial and legal business rights to the Company (FlashDeal India), Customer, Retailer & Dealer.
Age Restriction:
By registering on flashdeal mobile app for any services listed on flashdeal.in and its mobile website or mobile app in any found, We confirm that the user is of 18 years of age and have rights by their local government to do online shopping or to use company provided services else we request you to leave this website or mobile app Immediatly.
Registration:
Flashdeal do not charges any app registration fee from customers so any Indian users from the territory of India can register themself on Flashdeal.in the website or FlashDeal mobile app in simple and easy steps using their mobile number and e-mail id. The mobile number will be auto verified using the one-time authorization code sent on the mobile number at the time of registration. Upon registration, buyers need to do their EKYC. After successful validation of ekyc, buyers can have access to some or all the features of flash deals i.e shopping for products from all or limited categories.
For Retailers, multiple services like mobile recharge, DTH Recharge, etc are available based on the availability of service on their account. As usual to customer, Retailer need to register on app with their shop name and need to do EKYC with their Aadhar number powered by Digilocker, Valid Selfi image and shop Image.
Please Note: Any discrepency found with registration docuements of retailer & Customer might lead to a/c suspension.
Payment & refund:
For Customer & retailer
FlashDeal does not charge any app registration fee from their customers however, there is an app registration fee for retailers up to 499 Rs for lifetime non-refundable and for dealers 9999 Rs non-refundable fee.
- Why is Security Deposit?
Just to keep marketplace safe & secure for each party, refundable security amount of 500 rs is blocked to bear losses of company if there will be any because of retailer
- When Security Deposit Will be returned?
Retailer using the app with Wallet load before 01 July 2022, Security Deposit will be refunded within 3-5 days of business closer. Retailer Onboarded or Re-onboarded and activated their wallet after 01 July 2022 security deposit amount will be refunded to a bank account within 3-5 business days in case there will be no activity in Flash deal app for the next 6 months. Direct refund to any amount credited by the retailer in their Flashdeal wallet or of any cashback amount earned by customers in their Flashdeal wallet cannot be refunded to their respective banks at any point of time.
For Vendors
Flashdeal doesnot charge any type of registration fee with vendors selling their product online. Payment for every product sold on Flashdeal platform will be credited back to seller registered bank account with deduction of flashdeal marekting fee + GST + Govt cess if any
Vendors: Listing of products on the marketplace is easy and very simple. All need to simply register on flashdeal vendor panel using the e-mail id and mobile number. GST number is mandatory for registration within the territory of India. Once registered, Vendors need to choose the plan as per the promotional period which will be non-refundable and nontransferable.
Once the plan will be clicked and verified, Flashdeal will allow vendors to list their products online with simple and easy DIY technology. As per Indian Govt Rules and regulations, a certain product is restricted on Flash deal to sell. Find list of restricted products on Flashdeal.in/vendor/List_of_Retricted_Product
A/c Suspension/Delete: Yes, we will miss you a lot but as it is your wish to leave us, we will delete your a/c on your request but we will resume your service once you will log in to us again.
Penalty: If the report abuse rate for any particular product will increase to 20% with respect of a total number of unique clicks, the Product will be suspended for 7 days for the first time, For next time, the product will be suspended for 30 days and for next time product will be permanently blocked.
In the case of FlashDeal retailer
The wallet amount loaded below the threshold will be charged at 30 Rs + GST per wallet load. In case of any misuse of offers, the First-time account will be suspended for a period of 7 days followed by 15 days and the next 30 days and then it will be permanently blocked. Please note, Flashdeal will refund the amount held in Flashdeal wallet after 180 days in case no discrepancy is found on our services. in case of any discrepancy arose, Flashdeal has the right to permanently block or hold all amounts placed on Flashdeal platform.
- A policy that comes under account suspension:
- Misleading or incorrect user data
- Misuse of Flashdeal offers
- Misuse of bugs and getting the benefit from that
- Misuse of flashdeal services in terms of technology breach.
